The hosts were friendly and welcoming, always ready to offer advice and help us. The property was clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. We loved the pretty garden at the back, although we didn't get a chance to use it. The location was perfect for visiting a nearby attraction, and there were some lovely views from the windows.
The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but we didn't expect it to be super comfy. The internet provided was quite slow, which made streaming in the evenings difficult.

Great central location with easy access to main roads and attractions. Attached to owners as a self-contained annex, making key collection and check-in a breeze.- Warm welcome from the owners, including complementary tea, coffee, milk, and a cream tea.
Lack of bathmat in the shower room, which was promptly resolved when brought to the owners' attention. Curtains did not have black-out linings, resulting in early morning light disturbing sleep.

I recently stayed at Seaclusion in St Austell and had a fantastic time. The location of the property was absolutely perfect for visiting the Eden Project, which was one of the main reasons for my trip. The property itself was impeccably clean and situated in a quiet area, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, providing small touches such as strawberries, cream, and milk upon arrival. The view from the lounge was breathtaking, especially during sunset. Additionally, the beach was just a short walk away, allowing for convenient access to the beautiful coastline. Seaclusion provided everything I needed for a great stay and I would highly recommend it.

The location was perfect for exploring Cornwall, with easy access to main roads and attractions. We were able to visit many places without any hassle. The property was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. Another great feature was the warm welcome from the owners, who even provided us with tea, coffee, and milk. The cream tea was a delightful bonus!
While the property was comfortable, the internet connection was quite slow, especially in the evenings when we wanted to stream Netflix on our iPad. the sofa bed could be more comfortable, as it was a bit stiff and plank-like.

We got amazing value for our money at Seaclusion in St Austell! The room was great, with a comfortable mattress and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful cliffs, nearby beach, and attractions like Lost Gardens of Helligan and Eden Project.
The only thing that could improve for breakfast selection is the addition of more variety.

Seaclusion is a fantastic location for a family getaway. The property is well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, with a comfy bed and all the necessary amenities. The hosts, Richard and Jackie, are friendly and knowledgeable, providing great recommendations for local attractions. The property is conveniently located near Charlestown Harbour, the Eden Project, and other popular sights. Guests can enjoy stunning views and relax in the lounge/sunroom while watching the sunset. We were even treated to a delicious cream tea upon arrival.
The only minor downside was that the bed was slightly uncomfortable.

Lovely people! Very friendly and helpful family. They made us feel welcome from the start. The accommodation is completely self-contained and has everything you need. Short stroll around the corner to the South West Coast path. Plenty of attractions within a short drive.
Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but I didn't expect it to be comfy. Couldn't find a sweeping brush and one would have been handy to sweep up before we left.
